Clinic Manager — build and lead a brand-new dental clinic in Noordwijk

Full ownership: operations, P&L, team building and launch · Start August 2026

KoLine Dutch Medical Institute is opening a brand-new 1,000 m² dental clinic across three floors on the coast of Noordwijk. We are part of KoLine Group, an international health and education group with dental clinics, our own dental laboratory and a postgraduate orthodontics institute. We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to help build this clinic from the ground up — and then lead it.

This is not a caretaker role. You will be involved from the setup phase (fit-out, equipment, suppliers, licensing support, systems) through opening and into steady-state operations, with genuine ownership of results.

What you'll do

- Co-lead the launch of the clinic: fit-out coordination, equipment, suppliers, workflows and systems
- Full operational management of the clinic once open: planning, quality, patient experience
- P&L responsibility: budgeting, cost control, reporting to group management
- Recruit and lead the clinic team (hygienist, reception, clinical support), in coordination with group leadership
- Drive local marketing and patient acquisition, and manage relationships with insurers and local partners
- Act as the bridge between the Dutch clinic and the international group (Spain-based leadership, lab and training institute)

Who you are

- Proven management experience in the dental sector (practice manager, clinic manager or similar) — this is a hard requirement
- Experience with budgets/P&L and with hiring and leading teams
- Fluent English; Dutch is highly desirable
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on and comfortable with the ambiguity of a start-up phase
- Based in (or willing to work in) the Noordwijk/Leiden area
